Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 06:30 on 10 March, 2018, until 24:00 on 11 March, 2018, is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on Willowbank Road, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Hardgate and the entrance to 44 to 90 Willowbank Road. Access to properties will be maintained, but no through traffic will be possible. There will also be no wating for any purpose on either side of Willowbank Road, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Hardgate and the west boundary of 44 to 90 Willowbank Road The measure is necessary to protect public safety during crane works by Northern Developments. An alternative route is available via Holburn Street, Union Street, Bon Accord Street, Springbank Terrace and Willowbank Road.
