Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on the C88C Inverurie Road, Aberdeen, between its junction with A96 Inverurie Road and a point 40 metres in a westerly direction from 19:00 on 1st February, 2018, until 06:00 on 2nd February, 2018 and from 19:00 on 2nd February, 2018, until 06:00 on 3rd February, 2018. The measures are necessary to protect public safety during duct laying works being carried out by City Fibre. An alternative route is available via A96 Inverurie Road.
