Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on the un-named access road leading to Dyce Churchyard, Aberdeen, between The Cottage and Dyce Churchyard, from 09:15-15:45 on 13, 14, 15, 16, 19, 20, 21, 22 and 23 February, 2018. Access to properties will be maintained when possible. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during electricity cable works being carried out by SSE.
