Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on 25th January, 2018, until 22:00 on 26th January, 2018 is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on either side of Langstane Place, Aberdeen, from the boundary between 62-64 and 66-68 Langstane Place to the gable end of number 50 Langstane Place. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The no-waiting restrictions will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones. The measures are necessary to protect public safety during duct laying works being carried out by City Fibre.
