Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 on 12th March, 2018, until 22:00 on 16th March, 2018 is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on either side of the U329C Countesswells Road, Aberdeen, between its junction with the C127C Countesswells Road, and the gable end of number 68D Countesswells Road. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during BT Openreach works.
