Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order which will operate from 08:00 on 29 November, 2017, to midnight on 28 May, 2019, will be to impose certain lengths of prohibition of waiting for any purpose on Balnasgask Circle, Aberdeen, and on the unnamed access road serving car park for Morven Court, Aberdeen, as defined in the schedule below. Exemptions will apply as usual to the picking up or setting down of passengers, loading or unloading and vehicles parked with the consent of the Council in direct association with authorised roadworks or building works. These measures are necessary to prevent obstructive parking and thereby ensure emergency vehicle access. Schedule Balnagask Circle, Aberdeen North side, from a point 24 metres or thereby, east of its junction with the access road to Morven Court, eastwards for a distance of 4 metres or thereby. On the eastern most side of the car park at Brimmond Court, from a point 5 metres or thereby, north of the southern kerbline, northwards, then westwards for a distance of 10 metres or thereby. South side, from a point 10 metres or thereby east of its junction with the access road to Grampian Court, Aberdeen, eastwards for a distance of 10 metres or thereby. North side, from a point 10 metres or thereby east of its junction with the access road to Brimmond Court eastwards then southwards for a distance of 32 metres or thereby.
