Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order, which will operate from 18.00 on 25 October, 2017, until 18:00 on 28 October, 2019, is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on the entirety of Gilcomstoun Court, Aberdeen. Also on the south side of Minister Lane, Aberdeen, from its junction with Summer Street, westwards, then northwards, for an overall distance of 59 metres and on the north side of Minister Lane, Aberdeen, from its junction with Summer Street, westwards for a distance of 10 metres. There will also be a no waiting , for any purpose, between 08:00 and 18:00 on any day, except Sundays, on the north side of Minister Lane, Aberdeen, from a point 10 metres west of its junction with Summer Street, for a distance of 34 metres westwards. The measure is necessary to maintain access for emergency vehicles
