Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:30 on 18 September, 2017 until 18:00 on 2 October, 2017, is to close Flourmill Lane, Aberdeen, between its junction with Netherkirkgate and a point 35 metres or thereby north-west of this junction. There will also be a prohibition of waiting at any time, on either side of St. Catherines Wynd, Aberdeen, including the two disabled parking bays. Illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners expense. During this time, The existing one way restriction on St. Catherines Wynd, Aberdeen, shall be suspended. The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during footway and carriageway construction works by Morgan Sindall.
