Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 19:00 until 24:00 on 13 July, 2017, is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on Canal Road, Aberdeen, from its junction with Fraser Place to a point 75 metres or thereby south-east of this junction. The measure is necessary to protect public safety during crane works.
