Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers Under Section 62(1) of the Roads Scotland Act 1984
The order provides for the Belmont Street Country Fair and Street Market. The effect of the order, which will operate between 6.00 am and 7.00 pm on Saturday, 26th April, 2014, is to close to all traffic Belmont Street, Little Belmont Street and Gaelic Lane. In the case of Little Belmont Street, there will be an exemption for access, but only for loading or unloading goods, and blue and green badge holders taking access to their respective spaces on Little Belmont Street.
