Description of Proposed Variation: Amendment of layout plans
Amendment of on and offsales on Sunday's to 10am
Amendment to activities to include outdoor drinking facilities during and outwith core licensed hours.
Q5 detail of column 4 activity amended to - The ground level and external trading area may open before the commencement of ground floor and external trading core hours for conferences, club meetings and networking and breakfast events.
The ground floor only may open after core hours for late hours catering (including) east in meals/snacks and some takeaway, televised sporting events and other organised functions/events.
The basement level of the premises may open before the commencement of basement core hours for receptions and group/club meetings, for networking events, music education events and DJ school and private functions. They may all involve the playing of recorded music and live performances.
Q6(d) statement regarding times during which children and young persons will be allowed entry, is amended to:
Basement
Until 22:00 except where they are attending an event/function or appearing in a play performance where they can remain on the premises until the end of that event/function/play/performance but not after 00:00.
Ground Floor
Accompanied children and young persons will be admitted until 22:00.
