Description of Proposed Variation: Variation to include off sales consumption on Sunday from 10:00 to 22:00.
Variation to off sales consumption terminal hour on Monday to Saturday to 22:00.
To include music to Q5(g) of the operating plan during core and outwith licensed hours.
