The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Glen Tye Road, Stirling) (Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2017 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 25-8-17.

This Order will:-
Introduce new no waiting at any time restrictions on the following section of roads:
Glen Tye Road, Stirling
A COPY of the Order, may be examined at the Council’s Offices Endrick House, Kerse Road, Stirling, FK7 7SN, by quoting Ref No TM/6 – SRO/2017(151).
Anyone wishing to question the validity of this Order, should write to the Court of Session within six weeks of 25-8-17.
