The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Clark Street / Morrison Drive, Bannockburn) (Temporary Suspension of Parking) Order 2017 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 25-8-17.
Legislation Information
This Order will:-
Temporarily suspend the parking on:
Clark Street On both sides thereof from its junction with Morrison Drive in a north westerly direction for approximately 30 metres, and;
Morrison Drive From a point approximately 20 metres from the north-east kerbline of Randolph Crescent in a north easterly direction for approximately 80 metres;
Morrison Drive From the north-west kerbline of Clark Street in a north easterly direction for approximately 35 metres;
Morrison Drive Form the south west kerbline of Clark Street in a south westerly direction for approximately 40 metres from 0700 hours on 20-9-17 until 1800 hours on 26-9-17 to facilitate BT Broadband upgrading works.
A COPY of the Order, may be examined at the Stirling Council's Offices, Environment and Place, Endrick House, Kerse Road, Stirling during office hours.
