The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (B8033 Perth Road / Claredon Place, Dunblane) (20mph Temporary Speed Limit) Order 2017 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 12-5-17.
Legislation Information
This Order will introduce a temporary 20mph speed limit on:
B8033 Perth Road Both north and southbound carriageways from a point to the south side of the roundabout at the junction of Claredon Place and then in a general north easterly direction to a point on the north projected kerbline of Beech Road junction, a distance of 389 metres or thereby.
Claredon Place From the junction of the B8033 Perth Road junction in a general northerly direction to the junction of Springfield Terrace, a distance of 164 metres or thereby.
The restrictions will commence on 1-6-17 and remain in force for a period of 10 months.
A COPY of the Order, may be examined at the Stirling Council's Offices, Environment and Place, Endrick House, Kerse Road, Stirling during office hours.
