On 4/1/17 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (South Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012, as amended, and the Road Traffic Act 1991, as amended and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, which will make it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit any vehicle to wait on B746 Loans Rd, Troon Rd, Loans, Dundonald Rd, Central Ave, North Dr, Earn Road, Spey Road, Lugar Pl, Deveron Rd, Kilmarnock Rd, and A759, Troon(except vehicles engaged on Vodafone Network works), by reason of works to be executed on or near the road.
The Order is in force from 09:30 hrs on 16/1/17 until 18:00 hrs on 31/4/17, or until the works are completed whichever is earlier and the Order will be implemented only when appropriate signs are displayed.
Vehicular access for residents/owners/occupiers within the closurewill be permitted to and from their properties.
Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the closure period.
The restriction will only affect the immediate area of works and will only apply when signs to diagram 636(No Waiting Cones) are in place.
