The Midlothian Council in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 14(1) (b) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Constable hereby make the following temporary Order:
This Order may be cited as The Midlothian Council (Parkside Place, Dalkeith) (Temporary Waiting Restrictions) Order 2015 and shall come into operation on 7 December 2015. The Order is expected to be in place for 18 months.
To stop indiscriminate parking in the street, waiting is prohibited on Parkside Place (north kerbline) from a point 15 metres or thereby south eastwards of the south kerbline of A6094 Eskbank Road, south eastwards for a distance of 132 metres or thereby
