The Council has made the below named Order(s) under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as described in the Falkirk Herald of 23 February 2017.

1. Full details may be inspected at Abbotsford House, Davids Loan, Falkirk and One-Stop Shop, Callendar Sq, Falkirk, Mon-Fri between 9.30am – 4.30pm, between 3 August 2017 – 14 September 2017 and http://www.tellmescotland.gov.uk/.

2. Any person wishing to question the validity of the order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant Act of that a requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with may, within 6 weeks from 3 August 2017, make application for the purpose to the Court of Session.
