(B819 CROSSHILL ROAD, LENZIE)

(TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2017

On the 31 January 2017 The East Dunbartonshire Council made the above named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which makes it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any motor vehicle (with the exception of vehicles engaged in the works and those vehicles requiring access to properties and land adjacent to the closed section of road) on a section of the B819 Crosshill Road, Lenzie, between its junction with the B812 Robroyston Road and Boghead Road, Lenzie, by reason of works being executed on or near these roads.

This Order will operate from 20.00 hours each day until 06.00 hours the following day, from Sunday, 5 February 2017 until Wednesday, 1 March 2017.

Alternative Route

The alternative routes for vehicles are by way of the B812 Robroyston Road and Auchinairn Road, Colston Road, the A803 Kirkintilloch Road, the B819 Crosshill Road, Bishopbriggs and Lenzie, Boghead Road and Gallowhill Road, Lenzie, the B757 Lenzie Road, Townhead, Parliament Road, the A806 Initiative Road, Kirkintilloch and Lenzie, the B819 Lindsaybeg Road, the B757 Auchinloch Road, and the B819 Crosshill Road, Lenzie, and these routes will be sign posted.
