(PEEL BRAE, KIRKINTILLOCH)
(TEMPORARY NO WAITING AND NO LOADING AT ANY TIME RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2015
On the 11 April 2016 the East Dunbartonshire Council made the above named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which makes it unlawful for any person to cause or permit any motor vehicle to wait or load at any time on either side of Peel Brae, Kirkintilloch (the lane adjacent to Kirkintilloch Town Hall and Regent Gardens Surgery), from its junction with Union Street north-westwards for a distance of 40 metres or thereby, by reason of works being executed on or near this road.
This Order will operate from 06.00 hours on Monday, 18 April 2016 until 18.00 hours on Sunday, 15 October 2017.
