On 11/04/17 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, made the above-named Order that continues the restrictions imposed by East Ayrshire Council (Dunlop Street, Kilmarnock) (Temporary Closure) Order 2016 and East Ayrshire Council (Dunlop Street, Kilmarnock) (Temporary Closure of Footway) Order 2016 which expires on 17/04/17. The Orders make it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle or for any person to travel on Dunlop St (from Strand St to John Finnie St), Kilmarnock (except persons and vehicles engaged on the demolition/development works), by reason of works to be executed on or near the road.

 

This Order is in force from 14:00 hrs on 17/04/17 until 17:00 hrs on 02/10/17, or until the works are complete whichever is earlier and the Order will be implemented only when appropriate signs are displayed.

 

Alternative Route: via Strand St, John Dickie St, Bank St and John Finnie St, Kilmarnock.
