On 24/05/16 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, which will make it unlawful for any person to travel on Dunlop Street (from Strand St to John Finnie St), Kilmarnock (except persons engaged on the demolition/development works), by reason of works to be executed on or near the road.
The Order is in force from 08:00 hrs on 28/05/16 until 14:00 hrs on 17/04/17, or until the works are completed whichever is earlier and the Order will be implemented only when appropriate signs are displayed.
Alternative Route: via Strand St, John Dickie St and John Finnie St, Kilmarnock and vice versa.
