On 09/03/16 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, which will make it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle on Old Irvine Rd (from North Hamilton St to Lindsay St), Kilmarnock (except vehicles engaged on the redevelopment of Flowerbank Nursey site), by reason of works to be executed on or near the road.
The Order is in force from 08:00 hrs on 21/03/16 until 15:30 hrs on 14/10/16, or until the works are completed whichever is earlier and the Order will be implemented only when appropriate signs are displayed.
Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the closure period via the northern footway.

1. via Lindsay St, Woodstock St and North Hamilton St.
2. via North Hamilton St, Woodstock St and Grange St.
3. via North Hamilton St, Portland Rd and Grange St.
