On 26/4/17 the Council made the DUNDEE CITY COUNCIL (CLAYPOTTS ROAD, BROUGHTY FERRY, DUNDEE) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2017 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order will prohibit temporarily all vehicular traffic in (Phase 1) Claypotts Rd southbound between Ballinard Rd and Camperdown St and (Phase 2) Claypotts Rd in both directions between Strathern Rd and Duntrune Tce.. The Order is operative for 10 weeks from 30/4/17 for gas main renewal works, with a maximum duration of 18 months. Alternative routes: Victoria Rd, Dundee Rd and West Queen St (Phase 1) and Strathern Rd and Duntrune Terrace (Phase 2).
