On 24/11/15 the Council made the DUNDEE CITY COUNCIL (GREENMARKET, DUNDEE) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2015 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order will prohibit temporarily all vehicular traffic in Greenmarket from the turning area at the eastmost side of Endeavour House to a point 50 metres or thereby in a westerly direction. The Order is operative for 18 months from 30/11/15 for sewer and utility works for new hotel and railway station, with a maximum duration of 18 months. As this road forms a cul-de-sac no diversion route is available.
