(REDETERMINATION OF MEANS OF

EXERCISE OF PUBLIC RIGHT OF PASSAGE)

ORDER 2017

Notice is hereby given that on 7^th March 2017 Dumfries and Galloway Council made the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

1. The effect of the Order is as stated in the Dumfries and Galloway Standard on

27^th January 2017 and will come into operation on 27^th March 2017.

2. The Order as made, relevant plan and Notice may be inspected, free of charge, at Planning and Environment, Kirkbank House, English St, Dumfries during normal office hours (09.00 – 17.00 hours) between 17^th March 2017 and 28^th April 2017.

3. Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from 7^th March 2017 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
