Notice is hereby given that The Dumfries and Galloway Council proposes to make the above named Order under sections 1(1) and 152(2) of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984.
1) The general effect of the Order will be to redetermine the means of exercise of the public right of passage over the footways and footpath described in the Schedule to this Order.
2) A copy of the proposed Order and of the accompanying Map showing the roads and footways over which the means of exercise of the public right of passage is to be redetermined, together with a statement of the reasons for making the Order, may be inspected free of charge during normal office hours (09.00 – 17.00hrs) between 27th January 2017 and 24th February 2017 at Kirkbank House, English Street Dumfries DG1 2HS.
3) Any person who wishes to object to the proposed draft Order should send details, in writing and stating the grounds, to the undersigned by 24th February 2017.
