Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:00 until 16:00 on 31st October, 2017, is to suspend the waiting on the west side of Short Loanings, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Rosemount Place, and the north boundary of 19 Short Loaning and also on the west side of Short Loanings, Aberdeen, between the north boundary of 9 Short Loanings and its junction with Leadside Road. From 09:00 until 16:00 on 31 October, 2017, there will also be a prohibition of driving on Short Loanings, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Rosemount Place, and the north boundary of 19 Short Loanings and the existing on way restriction on Short Loanings, Aberdeen shall be suspended. The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during repairs works by Scottish Water.
