Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 19:00 on 23 October, 2017, until 06:00 on 24 October, 2017, is to impose a right turn ban from Back Wynd, Aberdeen onto Union Street. The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during repairs works by Scottish Water.
