Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 19:00 on 2 November, 2017, until 16:00 on 5 November, 2017, is to close Park Road, Aberdeen, will be closed, between its junctions with Seaforth Road and access road to the Links Road Clinic and Urquhart Road, Aberdeen, will be closed, between its junctions with Urquhart Terrace and Roslin Street. During this time there will be a prohibition of waiting at any time, on the east side of Roslin Street, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Urquhart Road and Seaforth Road and also on the west side of Park Road, Aberdeen, between the northern boundary of number 53 Park Road and the southern boundary of number 51 Park Road, and on either side of Seaforth Road, Aberdeen, between the eastern boundary of number 56 Seaforth Road and the western boundary of number 66 Seaforth Road and on the north side of Seaforth Road, Aberdeen, between its junction with Park Road and a point 45 metres in a westerly direction and lastly on either side of Urquhart Road, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Urquhart Terrace and Park Road and finally, on either side of Urquhart Road, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Urquhart Terrace and Park Road. The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during construction works for a signalised junction by WM Donald. An alternative route for northbound vehicles on Park Road will be via Roslin Street and Seaforth Road.
