The effect of the order, which will operate from 08:00 until 22:00 on 12th November, 2017, is to impose a temporary prohibition of driving on Balnagask Circle, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Balnagask Road and Balnagask Crescent. There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side of Balnagask Road, Aberdeen, between the gable end of number 445 Balnagask Road to the gable end of number 475 Balnagask Road. The measures are necessary to protect public safety during Scottish Water ironworks. An alternative route is available via Balnagask Road, Girdleness Road and Balnagask Circle.
