Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order is to impose a temporary prohibition of waiting on either side of Finnan Brae, Aberdeen, between is junctions with Pentland Road and Balnagask Road and also on either side of Balnagask Road, Aberdeen, between is junctions with Balnagask Circle and Girdleness Road from 08:00 until 22:00 on 2 September, 2017. There will also be a temporary prohibition of waiting on either side of Girdleness Road, Aberdeen, between is junction with Balnagask Terrace and the gable end of number 235 Girdleness Road, and also on either side of Balnagask Circle, Aberdeen, between is junctions with Girdleness Road and the access road between Grampian Court and Brimmond Court from 08:00 until 22:00 on 4 September, 2017. The no-waiting restrictions will only be implemented as and when required, and will be demarcated by the use of no-waiting cones The measures are necessary to protect public safety during duct laying works being carried out by City Fibre.
