Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order is to impose a temporary one-way restriction and prohibition of waiting on Sclattie Park, Aberdeen, between its junctions with Kepplehills Road and Sclattie Place, from 07:30 on 19 June, 2017, until 22:00 on 28 June, 2017. The permitted direction of travel will be southbound only. Netherhills Avenue, Aberdeen, will be closed between its junctions with Kepplehills Road and the Kepplehills Road inset road, and Kepplehills Road, Aberdeen, will be closed on the inset road between its junction with Netherhills Avenue and a point 10 metres in an easterly direction, from 07:30 on 29 June, 2017, until 22:00 on 1 July, 2017. The measures are necessary to protect public safety during street lighting improvement works. An alternative route is available via Kepplehills Road and Kepplehills Drive.
