Aberdeen City Council has made the above-named order in terms of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the order, which will operate from 07:30 on 29 May, 2017 until 16:00 on 11 June 2017. From 09:30 on 29 May, 2017, until 15:30 on 4 June 2017, Willowbank Road, Aberdeen, will be one way, Between its junctions with Holburn Street and Albury Road. The direction of flow will be westbound.There will also be a prohibition of waiting on either side of the same stretch of road. For the duration of this order, the existing right turn ban from Great Western Road onto Holburn Street will be suspended. From 07:30 on 5 June, 2017, until 16:00 on 11 June, 2017, Willowbank Road, Aberdeen, will be one way between its junctions with Holburn Street and Albury Road. The direction of flow will be westbound. During this time there will be no waiting for any purpose on either side of Willowbank Road, Aberdeen, between its junction with Holburn Street and the east boundary of 87 Willowbank Road. The restrictions are in the interests of public safety during repairs works by Aberdeen City Council. An alternative route is available via Holburn Street, Fonthill Road, Bon Accord Street and Springbank Terrace.
