Temporary No Waiting Order - Scottish Borders

(WEST HIGH STREET, GREENLAW)

(TEMPORARY NO WAITING) NO 2 ORDER 2024

The Scottish Borders Council (West High Street, Greenlaw) (Temporary No Waiting) No 2 Order 2024 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force at 08:00 on 7 May 2024 and is expected to remain in effect until 18:00 on 20 May 2024 - 24 hour restriction, and will only be in effect when appropriate traffic signs are displayed on the affected length of road. The Order is required for Scottish Water repair works to the lateral sewer.

When the Order comes into effect, no person shall permit any vehicle to wait or to be parked on both sides of West High Street from Todholes to Number 36 West High Street.
