ROAD CLOSURE NOTICE
B6355 EDINGTON HILL TO PRENDERGUEST
In accordance with Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Scottish Borders Council will temporarily close the B6355 from Edington Hill to Prenderguest. The maximum duration of this Notice is 21 days and it is expected that the closure will be in effect from 2 May to 3 May 2024 between the hours of 08:30 and 17:00 each day.
The closure is required to permit patching works.
The alternative route for northbound traffic is via the B6355, B6437, B6438, A1, C129 and B6355 to the point of closure, for southbound traffic the reverse of the foregoing.
This Notices continues The Scottish Borders Council (B6355 Edington Hill to Prenderguest) (Temporary Closing) Order 2024 made on 22 April 2024 and advertised in the Berwickshire News on 25 April 2024 which closed the B6355 from Edington Hill to Prenderguest.
