(C94 RUTHVEN FARMHOUSE – NORTH OF COLDSTREAM)
(TEMPORARY CLOSING) ORDER 2024
The Scottish Borders Council (C94 Ruthven Farmhouse – North of Coldstream) (Temporary Closing) Order 2024 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 1 May 2024 and is expected to remain in effect for a period of one day between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00. The Order is required for BT works.
When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle along the C94 at Ruthven Farmhouse, north of Coldstream.
The alternative route for northbound traffic is via the C94, A698, A697, B6461 and C94 to the point of closure, for southbound traffic the reverse of the foregoing.
