(TEMPORARY NO WAITING) ORDER 2024

The Scottish Borders Council (King Street, Galashiels) (Temporary No Waiting) Order 2024 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 2 May 2024 and is expected to remain in effect for a period of one day between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30. The Order is required for Openreach to carry out a new service connection.

When the Order comes into effect, no person shall permit any vehicle to wait or to be parked on both sides of King Street, Galashiels from the entrance to Aldi to Number 5 King Street.
