(TEMPORARY NO WAITING) ORDER 2024
The Scottish Borders Council (St Andrew Street, Galashiels) (Temporary No Waiting) Order 2024 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force at 09:30 on 29 April 2024 and is expected to remain in effect until 23:59 on 8 May 2024 – 24 hour restriction. The Order is required for Scottish Water sewer repairs.
When the Order comes into effect, no person shall permit any vehicle to wait or to be parked on both sides of St Andrew Street, Galashiels from Number 86 to Number 102.
