(NORTH BRIDGE STREET, HAWICK)
(TEMPORARY NO WAITING) ORDER 2024
The Scottish Borders Council (North Bridge Street, Hawick) (Temporary No Waiting) Order 2024 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force at 00:01 on 7 April 2024 and is expected to remain in effect until 18:00 on 3 May 2024. The Order is required for the construction of a new cycleway.
When the Order comes into effect, no person shall permit any vehicle to wait or to be parked on both sides of North Bridge Street, Hawick, from Duke Street to Union Street.
