Temporary Road Closure - Culbard Street, Elgin - Moray

MORAY COUNCIL (CULBARD STREET, ELGIN) (AT JUNCTION WITH SOUTH STREET) TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) (Ext No 1) ORDER 2024

The Moray Council in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and of all other enabling powers hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as “Moray Council (Culbard Street, Elgin (At junction with South Street) Temporary Road Closure) (Ext No 1) Order 2024.

    

2. The effect of this Order, which will come into operation from 29/03/2024 until 31/07/2024 will be to temporarily close Culbard Street, Elgin.

    

3. The temporary restriction has been imposed for temporary closures of up to 1 hour duration to facilitate removal/delivery of materials during building operations.

1. A signed diversion route will be available via South Street >> Moss Street >> Moray Street.
