(ON-STREET) ORDER 2020

(AMENDMENT NO. 2)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on 3 May 2024 in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Sections 1(1) and 2(1) to (3) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”) and of all other enabling powers the East Renfrewshire Council made ‘The East Renfrewshire Council (Disabled Persons’ Parking Places) (On-Street) Order 2020 (Amendment No. 2)’ which comes into operation on 10 May 2024.

A copy of the Order as made is attached.

ANY PERSON wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act or that a requirement of any such enabling Act or any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the Court of Session.
