A copy of the proposed Order, Schedule, plans showing the extent of the restrictions and the statement of reasons for making the Order can be viewed on the council’s website at www.eastlothian.gov.uk and on www.tellmescotland.gov.uk

These documents are available for inspection for the period from Friday 15th March 2024 to Friday 26th April 2024.

Any person may before expiry of the period noted above object to the making of the Order.

Any objection must be in writing and must specify the grounds thereof and should be addressed to:

Legislation Information

East Lothian Council intends to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) and (2), 3 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce and/or amend enforceable disabled bay restrictions at High Street, East Linton.
