THE EAST DUNBARTONSHIRE COUNCIL

(KESSINGTON ROAD AND AFTON CRESCENT, BEARSDEN) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2024

On the 18 April 2024 the East Dunbartonshire Council made the above named Order under Section 16(A) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which makes it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any motor vehicle (with the exception of emergency service vehicles, vehicles engaged in the works and those vehicles requiring access to properties adjacent to the closed section of road when its safe and practical to do so) on the lengths of roads as detailed in Schedule below, by reason of event works being executed on or near these roads.

Alternative Route

The alternative routes will be by way of Rannoch Drive, Speirs Road, Albert Drive, Inveroran Drive, and Glendaruel Avenue, and these routes will be sign posted.

This Order will operate from 08.00 hours on Monday, 29 April until 18.00 hours on Sunday, 12 May 2024.
