On the 11 April 2024 the East Dunbartonshire Council made the above named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which makes it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any motor vehicle (with the exception of emergency service vehicles, vehicles engaged in the works and those vehicles requiring access to land and properties adjacent to the closed section of road when its safe and practical to do so) on Dumgoyne Avenue, Milngavie between its junctions with Balvie Road and Craigton Road, by reason of works being executed on or near this road.
This Order will operate from 08.00 hours on Sunday, 21 April until 18.00 hours on Sunday, 28 April 2024.
Alternative Route
The alternative routes will be by way of Dumgoyne Avenue, the B8050 Craigdhu Road, Hunter Road, Craigton Road and Clober Road, and these routes will be sign posted
