(Temporary Prohibition of Waiting) Notice 2024
NOTICE is hereby given under Section 14(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (East Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 as amended, and of all other enabling powers which will prohibit waiting on the following lengths of road to allow Scottish Water Iron Repairs
Name & affected length of road – Main Street,
For 70m on Main Street from 109 Main Street to 123 Main Street.
For 45m on Main Street from 126 Main Street to 144 Main Street.
Nature and period of restriction - Prohibition of Waiting At Any Time
This Notice commences on 24 June 2024 and has a maximum duration of 5 days or until the works are completed, whichever is sooner. The works are expected to commence from 24 June 2024 at 09:30 with the restrictions remaining in place until 24 June 2024 at 18:00.
The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Notice will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
