Emergency Notice 2024
NOTICE is hereby given under Section 14(2)(b) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, that the following Traffic Management restrictions be introduced with immediate effect for emergencyScottish Power Works
Road Closure – Cairnhill Place, New Cumnock
55m from the Junction of A76 to 9 Cairnhill Place.
Period of restriction – The Notice is valid for a period of up to 21 days from the date below unless a further notice is issued under Section 15(8)(b)(ii) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The restrictions will only be in force at times when the appropriate signs are displayed. Access for properties and emergency services will be maintained via diversion route
Alternative route – will be signed via A76 to Lime Road.
