(Temporary Road Closure) Notice 2024
NOTICE is hereby given under Section 14(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers which will close the following lengths of road to Scottish Power Works
Name of road - C53 Treeswoodhead Road,
From entrance to Kilmarnock South sub station to access road to Trees Farm.
Nature and period of restriction - Road Closure
This Notice commences on 26 April 2024 and has a maximum duration of 5 days or until the works are completed, whichever is sooner. The works are expected to commence from 26 April 2024 at 16:30 until 28 April 2024 at 17:00.
The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
Access for Emergency Services ,residents and deliveries and out-with the working zone will be maintained via diversion route
Alternative route - Treeswoodhead Road, Witchknowe Road, New Street, Hurlford Road, Queens Drive , A76, A719 and vice versa
