ROADS (SCOTLAND) ACT 1984
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT East Ayrshire Council propose to make an order under section 152(2) of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 redetermining the means of exercise of the public right of passage over the roads described in the Schedule hereto.
The title of the order is East Ayrshire Council (B7081 Kilmarnock Road, Crosshouse, Annandale Gardens, Crosshouse and B7081 Irvine Road, Kilmarnock) (Redetermination of Means of Exercise of Public Right of Passage) Order 202-
A copy of the proposed order and of the accompanying plan showing the roads over which the means of exercise of the public right of passage is to be redetermined, together with a statement of the reasons for making the order are available for inspection online at www.tellmescotland.gov or can be emailed to interested parties on request by contacting us at the address below or by emailing enquiries@ayrshireroadsalliance.org. Those documents are available for inspection from Tuesday 24 November 2020
Any person may, within 29 days from 24 November 2020 object to the making of the order by notice in writing to Interim Head of Roads, Ayrshire Roads Alliance, Opera House, 8 John Finnie Street, Kilmarnock KA1 1DD. Objections should state the name and address of the objector, the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made.
