T/8/10/JD/ARA-EAC 2015 Order No. 2 - East Ayrshire Archived

On 27/01/15 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order which will make it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle on the lengths of roads on the days and during the times stated below. The closures are required to facilitate Caledonia Water Alliance works.

The Order is in force from 08:00 hrs on 09/02/15 until 18:00 hrs on 26/04/15 and will only be implemented when appropriate signs are displayed.

Alternative routes will be signed accordingly on site as each road closure is implemented in phases as the works progress.

ROADS CLOSED TO VEHICULAR TRAFFIC

Pedestrian access will be maintained.

From 08:00hrs on 09/02/15 to 24:00hrs on 25/02/15

Logangate Terrace (at No. 1) – at its junction with Logan Av

From 08:00hrs on 12/02/15 to 24:00hrs on 26/02/15

Logan Av– from Glen Av to No. 32 Logangate Terrace and

from No. 37 Logangate Terrace to Paterson Av and

from Paterson Av to Boswell Cres.

Each length of road will be closed one at a time as the work progresses.

From 08:00hrs on 20/02/15 to 24:00hrs on 07/03/15

Boswell Cres – its entire length and

Bryce Av – from No. 76 to 46.

From 08:00hrs on 02/03/15 to 24:00hrs on 15/03/15

Bryce Av – from Paterson Av to No. 31 Bryce Av.

From 08:00hrs on 09/03/15 to 24:00hrs on 15/03/15

Paterson Av – from Logan Av to Bryce Av.

From 08:00hrs on 16/03/15 to 24:00hrs on 22/03/15

Eglinton Dr – from Boswell Cres to Bryce Av.

From 08:00hrs on 23/03/15 to 24:00hrs on 29/03/15

Holmhead Cres – from Logan Av to Dixton Av.

From 08:00hrs on 27/03/15 to 24:00hrs on 03/04/15

Dixton Av – its entire length.

From 08:00hrs on 31/03/15 to 24:00hrs on 14/04/15

Glen Av – its entire length.

From 08:00hrs on 13/04/15 to 18:00hrs on 26/04/15

Logangate Terrace – its entire length.

Vehicular access for residents/owners/occupiers within or via the closed roadswill be permitted to and from their properties.
